As Founder and Financial Planner, I lead Strategic Wealth Inc. alongside my wife Erin, our Director of Operations, and Chief of Staff. Dylan and I partner on every client relationship, bringing complementary strengths to meetings, research, planning recommendations, and investment oversight. Our team includes Dylan, Ori, and Noah in our Osage Beach office, and Rodney serving clients in Southern California.

I bring over 25 years of financial services experience, starting in banking before transitioning to insurance and financial planning. I graduated from Oral Roberts University and the American College of Financial Services, holding my CLTC certification since 2009. I've been an MDRT member since 2007, achieving Top of the Table and Lifetime Honor Roll Member status, and I'm currently completing my ChFC designation. What drives me is the intersection of two passions: finance and serving others.

Acting as a Family CFO perfectly combines analytical work with the profound impact of human relationships. Our clients value what we know because they understand how deeply we care.

My interest in finance sparked in middle school during the "Stock Market Game," where picking, evaluating, and adjusting investment decisions captivated me completely. What I love most is being at the helm of my own firm, choosing both team members and clients, while combining comprehensive financial planning with exceptional service.

I specialize in Comprehensive Financial Planning paired with Wealth Management. While many firms excel at wealth management, financial planning creates a multi-faceted approach to achieving financial security. This comprehensive method accelerates wealth building and creates greater opportunity for success, regardless of life's curveballs. It transforms a single strategy into a coordinated system producing superior overall results.

Growing up in Brookeville, Maryland, I was adopted along with my brother and sister after losing our parents at a young age. Our adoptive parents exercised careful money management, though finances remained private in our household. That experience drives my commitment to helping clients prepare their children for financial independence, bringing younger generations into conversations early and normalizing the concept of hiring a financial coach.

Erin and I have lived at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri for years, where we raised our four daughters: Olivia and Sophia (twins), Clara, and Eva. We'll celebrate 30 years of marriage this December, having gotten engaged after just two weeks of dating. All four girls worked in our family business before pursuing their own careers.

My weekly routine creates an interesting contrast. During the workweek, I enjoy professional attire, leveraging technology, and working with people and numbers. Weekends find me outside biking, hiking, working in the yard, or handling projects that show distinguishable improvement: landscaping, building decks or patios, trimming trees, or planting.

We volunteer with The Changing Table, a local organization addressing diaper needs across three counties, work with a local high school providing college scholarships, and support several local organizations financially.
